Tilo has spent over 20 years in IT and software companies, most of them as the go-to problem solver when complex systems need fixing. Part firefighter, part ninja, he leads a technical services team in Vancouver, specializing in document management and cloud technologies. Tilo moved to Vancouver from Germany in 2008 and joined VWGS to support his children’s bilingual upbringing. 

Tilo joined the VWGS Board in 2026.
