Registration Procedure

Registration for 2021/22 is now open!
We recommend to register your child early to ensure a place.

Please note: the VWGS no longer accepts personal cheques for registration. Registration and payment can only be made online.

Fee Structure

The tuition fee for September to May is $650 per student (incl. $15 classroom support fee and $25 book fee). The total tuition (including books and classroom support fee) is the equivalent of $19.70 per school day or $6.57 per 45-minute lesson, based on 33 school days per year.
A non-refundable registration fee per family is due at the time of registration:
• $50 per family if registering before June 15
• $75 per family if registering before July 31
• $100 per family if registering on or after August 1

Volunteering

As a not-for-profit organization & charity we rely on our members to volunteer some of their time for such essential activities as library, board and special events. If you are not able to volunteer, we are asking you to contribute $120 in lieu of volunteering, as we will have to pay an administrator to do the extra work.

Payment Plan Options

There are 3 payment options:
A - Pay registration fee and tuition of $650 in full at time of registration
B - Pay registration fee now and pay tuition of $650 by Sep. 6, 2021
C - Pay half + $25 now ($350) and the second half + $25 on Nov. 1, 2021
(therefore, please use a credit card with an expiry date after Nov. 2021)
For all three options, the non-refundable registration fee is due immediately upon checkout. For options B and C, the respective amounts will be charged to your credit card automatically.
