Originally from the north of Germany, Mette recently relocated to Vancouver in 2026 for a fresh start. She has a BA in teaching German and English, her professional experiences include working as an educational instructor for recreational kids activities in Germany and New Zealand, as a teaching assistant at college in the United States, and lots of non-profit youth work in culture and event planning. Leaving her last position as a bookstore sales associate in Austria, she is thrilled to be part of the teaching staff at VWGS.
