Conrad is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants of BC, holding a CPA, CMA designation with a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, where he majored in corporate finance and economics.

He was raised in a German-speaking household in Canada (English as a second language!), and is committed to sharing those traditions with his wife and daughter, who is a keen young student at VWGS.

Conrad joined the VWGS Board in 2025.
